Bryan campus

Welcome to the Bryan/College Station Campus Online Enrollment Page.  Our Campus is located at 410 Bethel Lane, Bryan, Texas and we currently serve students in grades PK – 8.  If this is not the campus at which you want to enroll, please return to the Online Enrollment Home Page. 

Please note the following items:   

  1. You must have a working email address that you have access to. You will receive an email to confirm your signature, this is the last step in enrolling your child otherwise your child’s enrollment application will not be considered.
  2. Once you begin the enrollment application you must finish it. You cannot save and come back to it at a later point.
  3. Please fill in all the appropriate text boxes. Fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.  
  4. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call your local campus.

All enrollment applications must be completed online.  Deadline for applications is March 1, 2018.  Acceptance letters will be mailed the week of March 5th, 2018. 

 

Returning Students:

In order to complete the enrollment process and be accepted for the upcoming school year,  each student must have a completed enrollment application and provide proof of residence and a copy of the enrolling parent ID.  Proof of Residence and ID’s may be scanned and attached to the application or can be dropped off at the campus office.  Until all documentation is received, the application is incomplete and will not be processed. 

 

Pre-K Students:

All Pre-K students must qualify for the program whether they are new or returning Pre-K students.  Parents should complete the PK enrollment application and submit copies of the child’s birth certificate, social security card, immunization records, proof of income/benefits (one month of pay stubs or benefit documentation showing EDG # and persons/date benefits apply to), proof of residence and the enrolling parent’s ID.   Documents may be scanned and attached to the application or copies can be dropped off at the campus office.  Until all documentation is received, the application is incomplete and will not be processed. 

 

New Students – Kinder – 8

In order to be considered for acceptance, all potential students must complete an enrollment application and provide copies of the child’s birth certificate, social security card, immunization records, proof of residency and the enrolling parent’s ID.  All copies of documents  may be scanned and attached to the application or can be dropped off at the campus office.  Until all documentation is received, the application is incomplete and will not be processed.
